When creating a custom training plan, is there a way to copy a day/workout to use again?  Thanks for any help.

No...but that's a good idea.

Althoug if you can wait a little bit (days or a week), I'm waiting for programmer dude Matt to turn on our import feature that we have been testing...so you can actually creat the plan in excel with it's tools, then import it as a training plan to re-use as a custom plan.

Ron, I'm assuming this is still not ready. In the mean-time, can you give some specifics as to the format this import will be. I'm playing around with my schedule for this year and I figure I might as well do so in Excel if it will mean easy import into BT.

Camy,

It will be importable via CSV format.  What you can do now is use the current 'export' function in the log control panel so you can get a template of the cell headers and then build your plan that way in CSV with the headers that will be acceptable.
