Have an A race half IM beginning of May, then an Olympic distance with lots of hills in beginning of June (B race) then a Sprint in the middle of June (A race). Any help on a training log between May and the following 6-7 weeks would be great, thanks.
The training plans on this site are very helpful. I'd say, since you've listed your HIM and your Sprint as your "A" races, that you just treat your OLYs as training races, and stick with training for your sprint (once you're done with your HIM).
