Swim
Comments: This was a reverse order tri, so swim was last. I was pretty tired to start the swim, and took 10 second rests between most laps. What would you do differently?: Nothing, this was a B priority race at best, so wasn't expecting much. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Felt much faster on the bike, but still need to improve. What would you do differently?: Just push harder the whole bike leg. Transition 2
Comments: Racks were too close, getting in and out was a pain in the ass! Run
Comments: Ran a good pace, but was out of breath the whole time, not sure why. What would you do differently?: More warm up? Post race
Warm down: walked for 5 minutes, drank and ate fruit. What limited your ability to perform faster: Out of breath during run, tired by swim because it was last. Overall this was a good race because it was first of season and just wanted to get the feel for racing again after a long break. Last updated: 2007-04-22 12:00 AM

Woke up at 5AM, drank naked juice protein drink and showered. Ate a Clif Bar on the way.
Very light running.
