Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 5AM, drank naked juice protein drink and showered. Ate a Clif Bar on the way.

This was a reverse order tri, so swim was last. I was pretty tired to start the swim, and took 10 second rests between most laps.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, this was a B priority race at best, so wasn't expecting much.

Ran a good pace, but was out of breath the whole time, not sure why.

More warm up?

walked for 5 minutes, drank and ate fruit.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Out of breath during run, tired by swim because it was last. Overall this was a good race because it was first of season and just wanted to get the feel for racing again after a long break.

There were 5 others from BT at the race also. Sorry we missed you.
That is a great swim time. I really struggle with the swim at the end. You had a fast race!
