Lucky dog! I got caught by the train. Sorry to have missed you at the race. Gotta agree with you on the post-race food. My hubby and I skipped the chili and went to Waffle House instead. Hash browns. Yum!! Maybe we'll see you at some of the other Palmetto races. Grea job on a pretty tough course.

looks like you had a good race there, big boy! running will get faster with time. i'm just now starting to see improvement after almost 2 years of training. i'm figuring that by the time i hit 50, i'll be a fast little cuss! just keep at it and speed will increase.
