Anyone else going to be there? Sounds like a fast course. I am using it as a B race for IMLOU

I'll be there but decided to do the sprint instead of the HIM. Not quite there with the training yet this year. Depending on the weather the lake could get a bit interesting.

I'll be there as well, but I am also doing the sprint.  I don't own a wet suit so I hoping that Lake Erie warms up a few degrees before Sunday.

I'll be there - first HIM ever. Should be interesting coming off the stomach flu bug on Monday. Just one stroke at a time, one revolution of the pedals at a time and then one step at a time. I hope to be done in time for the awards at 3:00 p.m.

Does anyone know anything about the change on the bike course?

Just noticed the bike courses are being changed. Sup with that? The ride will definately not be as smooth now--can you say washboard.
