Last year with the ambient temp and the wind from the passing thunderstorms, it was pretty cool. I was happy to get into my wetsuit!

anyone know if it is ok to go without a top for the run at BSLT?  ...for the men that is.

and also, where are the handups on the bike and do they have GEF and water?

and the run aid stations - every mile?

Tops - I expect its whatever the USAT rule is (this year). Not sure...

Bike handups were every 10 miles. I think it was just water and Gatorade

Run aid stations were every mile, pretty well stocked.

The volunteers at this race are excellent. I didn't pay much attention to what specific food they have at the aid stations. I carry my own concentrated sports drink and Hammer gel, but there seemed to be an array of food items and beverages at the aid stations.

Here is today's hour-by-hour weather from race time to early afternoon. I like those temps! Forecast calls for comparable temperatures with scattered t-storms on Sunday.

The BSLT website has a weather forcast.  It seems to be updated each day.  Today it's calling for 91 as the high and 48% humidity on race day.  I like it.

Overcast is good, but the humidity will be a challege for me.  96* here in Albuquerque today, but low humidity.  Planning on a lot of Nuun and 4x sodium gels.

Ha, coming from my perspective of 90% and more; 48% is downright dry.
