Guelph Lake II, who's racing it?

where are all you guys? I know there's a bunch of you racing? maybe you guys are too busy training so you can kick my butt even more

Yep, I'll be there doing the Sprint (which is a weird distance with a 30km bike leg).
1st race this year after injury. Looks like it might be a nice day.

Ya I'm doing the sprint as well except I'm doing the Duathlon. Yeah a bit further on the the bike and the run. I guess they're trying to combine the sprint and olympic since they don't have any olympic distances for guelph 2.

I am doing the Try a tri with my son and daughter a fun "training " event then I am up to wasaga for the Oly next weekend. Guelph is a great venue and the weather will be perfect!!! see you all there . I will be jock strapping for the sprint and duathlon before the Try.

I will be doing the Olympic also, I will be going out to have a good bike because I will be walking the run, injured, again.

How did it go everyone?  This year just didn't work out for me to be there, but I hope you all enjoyed yourselves.  Maybe I'll see you there next year
