Subject: Nothern Alberta Triathletes?
Hi,
My fiancee and I are moving from Calgary to Grande Prairie in March and are looking for people from the area to show us the best cycling routes up there...and where we can find some hills!
We are doing IM Louisville this summer.

I know there are a number of cycling clubs in the Peace Region (Ft. St. John, Dawson Creek and Grande Prairie). I understand there is a fellow my friend has ridden with in the Dawson Creek club, I think it is Tyler Baruta(?) who finished Ironman Canada in 11:37, and that club organizes rides and races around the Peace Region. You'll have no problem finding good hills, just find a good deep river valley. Good luck, enjoy the Peace Country.
