Long, slow painful run... Slowed Joe down A LOT. He was kind enough to stick with me. My heels were ok from yesterday but the pads on the bottom of my feet were KILLING me... 17 may have been a stretch--I think it's the longest I have run since TCM last year... 119 people waved at us... (It's a game I play--7 times the amount of miles we ran...that's the most ever! Kodiak is a friendly place...)

I ran from Todd and Laura's on Rezanof out past the HS and back on Mill Bay...I love that loop! It was good to be home for the weekend... This run was broken up with a visit to Sami and RaeJean.

I baked 3 carrot cakes for Max's 1st birthday party on Sunday... It's good to be home!
