10 Easy run today before Doug and I went out for another ride on the back roads of Ft. Gordon. We mostly rode easy, but hammered the hills. I might get another shorter ride in tomorrow, but probably not.

7PM Tempo run that resulted in GI distress. Glad I was close to the bathroom. Didn't feel 100% the rest of the day. Must have been something I ate.

Goal for White Lake Int'l is sub 2:30. Lots going to have to fall into place for that to happen, but that's the goal nonetheless.
