 Surprised Stop putting this off!

Three months of P90X

Swim two nights a week

Lose some of the darn weight (like 40 lbs of it, don't tell hubby..LOL)

Get a great core for next season so I can stay off the injured list.

STOP PUSHING IT....I was not born with an athletic body, but that is not going to stop me from being TRIATHLETE! It may just take me longer, slow down, be strong...I WILL get there.


Long Term:

2010 - June - Keuka Lake (sprint)
           July - BC Tri (sprint)
           August - Cayuga Lake
           September - Skinnyman?                                Fingerlakes?

2011 - Syracuse 70.3 (September)... make that 2010, I am signed up!!

OK, so far I did get in 2 swims and 2 spins, but only 1 P90X and 1 Run...Bleeeh. But I was ill, so...I am still peachy though!

I really don't know what I did at swim except 300 w/u, a bunch of kick/balance drills and some vertical kicking, holy crap, that is much harder than using a kick board, and my back likes it better. Glad I was well enough to get in the pool. Not well enough to do some hard swimmimg, but thats ok.

OMG-Ab ripper kicked my butt worse than the first time I did it. Hope it was just cuz I wasn't feeling well.

Ugh, up coughing again last night. Skipping work again, next weeks pay check will stink!!! I didn't get out of bed until 11AM. Really ticked I missed spin class this morning. I will try to look at the bright side... It is a beautiful day. Maybe I can finish up this class before this weekend, I could take Ace for a walk, (he still shouldn't run, and I am not well enough for that yet), I could go get new sneakers, mine are so wore they feel like slippers!!!

No swim this morning. Woke up at 1AM and could not stop coughing. OD'd on some cough medicne and it finally stopped. I really though I was going to the ER last night. Off to the DR's. 
 
Now I get to take a cough medicine. If that dosn't work throughout the day tomarrow, I will be getting a steriod. Ugh. So far, ok, but I havn't done anything today. I guess I'll earn my peach by bowling tonight...

AH, yes, Ace is feeling much better....

Spin class this morning at the Y. I forgot how tough they can be.
I was up 1/2 the night coughing, ugh. Felt better this morning, then it went down hill at work. I just could not stop coughing. So, now I am at home, blah. Going to go to bed.

Ace is home from the vet. He looks so sad, I wonder if he knows he will never father any puppies?

Get as many P90X in as can, the class I am taking right now is killing me!

Took Ace for a walk. Not what I wanted to do today. Felt like $hit when I woke up. Major sinus headache, so I worked on homework for awhile, feel asleep reading and then I had to cut up veggies for a suprise B-day party tonight for a friend, how much veggies to you cut up for 50-75 people? It took about 2 hours...so here it is 3:30 in the afternoon, and I need to finsh getting the veggie plater together, shower, get ready, got shopping for a card & gift (no, I didn't get it yet.) And be to the party by 5:30...

When will this sneezing and coughing go away????
