Went to the gym to do an easy swim/run while Rachelle did an aerobics class. I got changed and rifled through my bag only to realize that I forgot goggles. I cursed my early onset of alzheimers and headed out to the gym for my run. On the way, I told Rachelle my dilemma and she suggested I do the aerobics class w/ her, so I did. Turned out to be a good warm up the day before the BolderBoulder

Long swim warmed up and then swam a 1750 yd main set. Can't believe I actually did this. I just took it slow and found a nice rhythm.

Fun swim this morning.  My 100 yard repeats were 25 easy, 25 build, 25 easy and then 25 hard.  The last few were getting tough, but I really needed to work on my speed and it was really fun to swim hard.  I'm not a fast guy so I kind of pretended that I was when I did my 25 build and 25 hard sections.

Cut my swim short to talk w/ another newbie in the pool. Had a great swim though. I felt stronger and more relaxed than I have in a long time.
