Early morning running on the streets of chilliwack.
Nice hard run today. Had to get the legs going again. It was hard to keep the pace up but will be worth it in the end.
Quite morning on the streets. Am about to head off to work for 16 hours. Just got up early to get a work out in.
I guess I will see what tommorow brings.

Did 30 minutes of my Bodyweight exercises.
Lots of core work.
Shadow boxing.
Need to get a heavy bag and pull up bar.
Just a great sweat going.
I need to get my place set up for me.
Thinking about one of those pull up/dip stations. And a punching bag. Just have to do without for now. Am getting a good work out without it but just imagine what it would be like with!!! Ohhh the possibilites. Swim/run scheduled for tommorow on my calendar so up at 6 am to get in the swim and run.

2nd ride.
Vast improvement over the first ride. Top speed 43.6 KPH
Just got back from the ride today.
Trying to get my bottom used to biking.
The aero position is getting a bit easier but I think the bike is stretching me out too far so I am in the middle of my forearm on my bars and it seems to work fine. The wind is another story. It was crazy. I pedaled about 25 kph to my turnaround point and averaged around 35 on the way back. NUTS. But, I must say the bike sure does like to go. Also, I almost got hit by a Semi today. All my fault. I was trying to go around a parked car and did not sholder check. STUPID STUPID STUPID. I had to check my shorts after that one. They sure are big when your on your bike. ON a plus note, I do feel better today. Hopefully I will get a good swim/run in tommorow.

Nice easy run today.
I liked it. It was in the heat and it is nice to get some sun.
I am trying to slow it down a bit but it seems hard.
Just got back from the docs'
No running or biking tommorow and now swimming until Monday.
Nothing serious, just getting something done that I put off for awhile.
So tommorow is a rest day unfortunatly.
