Kept pretty good pace tonight. Wasn't much time, so snuck in a quick swim. Hopefully, I'll get another session in tomorrow.
6 x 1 min hill repeats.
Found a decent "hill" by the apartment to start training hill repeats. The gradient is subtle, but kicks your butt at the end.

Spinned on the new indoor trainer. The resistance seems a bit more than the road, but liked the smoothness of the roller.
