Life/schedules/energy have been tough on my lately.  That being said all I'm hoping for is an AM run tomorrow.  I feel like a total slacker :(

Maya kicked my a$$ tonight! (Core)

I'm still feeling exhausted but I'm going to do some sort of workout tonight and chalk up this week to recovery.  I'm gearing up for next week and getting back to a real plan based on Triathlete Magazine's level 7 (see long term goal Surprised !) and my "A" race which is 11 weeks away from that point.

Also, this energized me and cheered me up ! ...
