First and last MS intervals were the hardest, no doubt last nights ride & run had the legs a bit fatigued. Calf's started to spasm some and had to stand and stretch em on the RIs.
Next 5min power test will be interesting, I know I could hold the previous 233 now for 5 min without much issue.
Another day another dollar. Feeling fine after last nights brick, doing another ride tonight as planned.

Tired, another late night last night and tonight with a potential client in town who knows. Went back to bed this AM after I took the kids to school. Don't like this fatigued feeling I get with a lack of sleep and working out, don't want to give any potential illness a chance to take hold.

Worked late last night then when I got home I couldn't fall asleep. Got up and used the foam roller and stretched for 20 min then went back to bed, that's the ticket! Did the planned bike WO this AM because I know later I'll be tired. Will either do yesterday's planned run tomorrow or or skip it and do what is planned.

Done. Hardest RPE/slow run I've had in a long time. Had nothing to pick up the pace. Felt drained and was working hard to keep up what I did, yuck.
