Wk12 Q1 workout on the trainer.
Only did the 1st 12' interval of the MS set. Will do the remainder of the workout later or tomorrow.
Easy brick run, did this on the fly to see how the calfs would react coming off of the bike. Right was a bit tight at first but fine once I got going.
