Put on race wheels and rode from Chaneys on a semi windy day. Kept close to 18mph entire ride. Used UCAN before during and after and felt good. Ran a little short on water for last 10 miles. Again having problems with BT uploading workout from Garmin Connect. Workout is successfully shown there? Have spoken to Garmin tech support 2x and all seems fine. Any ideas?

Not a great ride today. Overslept, legs tired, too hot (93 at 10:00), too windy (gusts of 25 mph), Garmin not tracking HR, and basically lacked motivation to do more miles. What a crybaby!!!

On a positive note, I used Generation UCAN effectively before, during, and after. Sure don't get the sugar/glycogen peaks and valleys with UCAN. Stomach felt fine.
