Dropped to much weight the last few days. Ready to put back on a few pounds. Sure I want to lose weight, but I want to do it the right way. Finally did some walking. I'm still going to take a couple more days off from training, unless I feel extrordinarily well. Need to get back some strength.

Still sick. Probably the worst yet. Dina is sick also. We skipped church, but did muster enough strength to hit Makalah's swim banquet. Her season is done until May, but we are so proud of her. Don't let the weight fool ya, we went to Valentino's (Lincoln) on Saturday night.

Cut another day of work outs. Still feeling sick, plus we went to Makalah's swim meet today. I'm so proud of her.

Didn't feel well, so I cut the workout. Don't know about Saturday. It's 3 a.m. and I still feel doggy. Ian got up an hour ago with the flu also.

Suppose to do Core (including Back), but to much to do at work and home. Skipped the workout.
