Eisenhower 1/2 Mary. Good race to guage where Im at. Knee feels strong and speed is coming back around. My endurance needs to improve though. Can honestly say I left everything out on the course. My uncle Greg suprised me by showing up and watching the race. Dina and the kids stayed in Salina with my brothers family and to also watch Maycies basketball game. Like I said, it was a good race to see where Im at, especially coming off of last years knee injury.

Finished up our Courageous small group this morning. God has really been working with me through that. My priorities and perceptions are beginning to change. Cant wait for my actions to follow suit.

I know, I know.  My training is looking like it's lacking.  It is, but it's on purpose.  Work has been kicking my butt the last few weeks.  We're short staffed on overnights and my body feels crap when I get off.  I've been taking these days off from work to rest, heal, and do things around the house.  I'm beginning my Ironman training in a week or two and my house chore contribution will probably become less and less.
