At the cancer center for chemo, waiting for my blood results. The one RN finished Vineman Ironman last weekend, and was showing me her shirt and medal. Very cool.
Walked the dogs early this morning at 630, soles of my feet are tender (but not painful) better as I got warmed up. Not a long walk, but made me think that I need to get my butt in gear and ride or walk to work in the morning for exercise.
Yea, platelets were up to 100+ , so I had the 6th treatment of 12. Hands and fingers feel tingly now. Going back to work for the afternoon shift.
Halfway to lake padden. sunny and warm. When I stop I feel a grey out coming, plus my feet felt weird on the soles. Cha Cha was also panting alot.
Midday walk up to lake padden and back. Sunny and warm.
