I am running tonight, we shall see how that goes.

 Wow that was a ugly run. I was way out of shape and it was hot in the Y. My IPOD quit too, so I had to go get a new one.

Run was very rusty, it may be ugly at the marathon

Still sickly but I am going to try and ride my trainer for a little while tonight.

 

Happy Valentines day to everyone

Rode on the trainer, nothing hard. Kept a high cadence, did some one leg drills.

Felt good to get back in the saddle.

Well back to work this week, I am feeling a lot better; not 100% but getting there. I am going to take one more day off and then I am going to start back slow tomorrow. I feel like the world has passed me by this past week. I will be glad to get back to training, feeling lost with out a set plan to work out to. Has been cold snowy weather here to, I am ready for spring....

Sunday and I am still sick but today I feel a lot better.

Maybe tomorrow I can actually get in a light work out. I am tired of laying around on the couch....

5th day in a row.... I say 5th FIF.... lol I am cracking myself up, maybe I am delerious...

I think maybe I have mad cow....

I tell you if this doesnt break soon, it is going to be ugly. I actually feel a lot better today and have been feeling better everyday. I went into work for a hour because they had my pay all screwed up.
