Still hot & humid. Drenched before a mile. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

Big neg split, 9:20 first mile, 8something the second. Wish MapMyRun kept mile splits.

TMI alert! Any imput/suggestions would be appreciated.I had explosive diarrhea after yesterday's run.didnt know why or what I could have eaten. Doubted it was food, as I ate my own cooked food e previous 2 days & my mom said she had no problems. Maybe it was run related? Well, after my measly 2 miles today, within 30min if being done: boom. Not as bad as yesterday, but unpleasant enough.Can this really be humidity related? Never had this problem in ELP. So strange.

Noots-New Road-Levee.
Holy humidity. Tough run, felt like suffering after the first mile. Even Rascal jumped in a canal at mile 2 & didn't want to get out.

This heat & humidity is going to be a major adjustment. Nothing about this felt "easy" . At the end, my pace was lower 8's (neg split), but I had goosebumps & thought I was going to vomit.

Quickly realizing why I got up to run at 3:30am when I lived in Atlanta.
On the plus side, the elevation gain was only 14ft, rather than 300+ in ELP. :) I miss the hills though.

Moving/unpacking/rearranging furniture. This was basically sun up to sun down. Once we made good progress with my stuff, we moved to my moms house and worked on her kitchen & living room, cleaning out old stuff. Major overhaul.
