The good news is that I can resume training!  The bad news is that I have arthritis in my knees.  Cry

I'm still shocked and never would have suspected that's what it was.  I was convinced it was an overuse injury that needed rest.  Ah well, my path is in front of me not behind me. My guess is that I'm not the only triathlete with arthritis. To be sure, people race with far more challenging conditions than this.  Moving forward...
