Iowa kinda sucks. Cold an windy tonight with a bit of ice. Got a run planned for tomorrow afternoon and another Friday morning unless we go do the black friday thing.

Not sure how I will schedule this week. Leaving for Iowa (ugh) tomorrow night for the in-laws thanksgiving and will be there through Sunday. Really not looking forward to running in the wind and cold and maybe snow from what I am hearing. Guess I will get them in when I can- should have got my lazy ass up this morning and ran.

Glad that one is done. A brisk 17 degrees this afternoon. Had to run a little faster than normal to generate a little heat. Fun run though- always like running somewhere new.
