I had to run/walk the course. The ITB pain kicked in about 5 minutes. Ran 3-5 minutes w/ 30 second walks. Really aggravating.
The inaugural Try Tri long Sprint at SIUE. Flat fast bike and run. I would definitely recommend to a newbie and anybody kicking off the season.
