Unbelievably crappy weather for today and the weekend, which should make my night shifts quiet, relatively speaking. Kids were actually in the pool yesterday for a very cold(56 f) dip and the treadmill is definitely a hit. With all the other activities and work stuff, this was a very short week to run and bike. Should be back to normal by Tuesday.

Great night swim
Great sleep, really needed it. Felt like a million dollars. Picked up Lisa the lovely at lunch and we went and got a coffee and some running shoes for Zane. Then I went and got a trampoline for the kids, (with safety net). Finished putting it together in the rain and they loved it. Apparently I am the best dad in the world?

A lifetime pb at at least a half hour off! Now, could be the bears at the halfway mark, which caused us to hit the woods to the lower road to eascape, but wow, what a run!
I am totally wiped. New tradition of long Saturday rides coupled with the extra big run has left my a shell of my former self. In order to get the pass to do this stuff. I was not allowed to domplain about the paun I was in all day, so I could wait on Lisa the lovely, hand and foot, which I did.
