Lazy day today!  I was supposed to go to Sea World with my granddaughter, but it poured rain all day.  Could have gonen to the gym instead, BUT played with her and then watched LOST all day.  We've been watching it on Netflix - all seasons from the beginning - almost finished.  We've had a "Lost" addiction going on!

So I went to the gym to swim at 9:30 and as usual forgot that they have the stupid aquasize class in the pool on Sat morning!  How many times have I made the same stupid mistake!!! (senior moments I guess).  Anyway, it just so happened that I had workout clothes in my car from Thurs cuz I was supposed to work out after school with some friends and flaked out because I was sick.  So I was still able to run for a bit while I waited for the pool to clear.  Yay!!

Once I read an ad in a USAT magazine that said something about ways to tell an age grouper and one of the ways was they have gym clothes in their car just in case for an impromptu workout.  I guess that makes me an age grouper!  haha

Went home from school yesterday not feeling well, thus didn't get any running done in the afternoon and now I'm still not feeling well ...... so no working out today.  Cry
