Last tough run workout before the Half Marathon. Felt pretty good. My average for the 4.5 in the middle was lower than what I'd need for a PR and I only had limited tightness in the hamstring. I'm going to have to manage it throughout the race and if I feel any discomfort, consider scaling back.
