I'm excited!
But can't find my race belt.

Racing Saturday. Looks like it will be a nice temp!! Hooray! (Can't believe I'm calling 80's a nice temp!)
So, what goals do I have? What time do I predict?
SWIM: Goal is 400 m in <8 min. Doable as long as there aren't slow people in front of me.
T1: ~2 min
BIKE: Goal is faster than 15 mph. 11 miles would then be 44 min.
T2: ~2 min
RUN: This is the problem. I'd be happy with 13 min/mile, which is 40:18. I'd be SUPER happy with 37 min (12 min/mile). Did a 5k in 38:22 last month. But I may have to walk due to my side cramp issue of late.
OVERALL: Most likely time - 1 hr 36 min.
I had to walk a lot time - 1 hr 42+ min.
My other goals are to enjoy and not to get injured.
Now, what to do with my hair???

Taking a day off and hoping my diaphragm doesn't give me any more trouble. :/

Hm, that's slower than I thought... I think I overdid it yesterday.
BRICK. Felt jello legs for 2 blocks. Then felt pretty good, like I was doing a good pace. Then got a side cramp. :( So walked most of it b/c every time I started running again, the cramp hurt more. NOT a good way to start taper week. :(
