Kupopo sickly. Sore throat. Super easy run. Biked while watching a movie. Swimming lesson after. Basically I did a backwards tri. In swimming I need to focus on a lower head position and also on not pulling with the right arm too early. Since changing my breathing timing I start windmilling a little bit. The workset I swam ws a 2x200 paddles on 3:45. Finished in 3:20 and 3:30. Then I did a 5 x 100 on 1:45. Finished the first 4 with about 2 or 3 seconds to spare and the last in 1:40.

A little bit sore from the bike ride yesterday Kupo. I got the run accomplished and kept the HR in a reasonable zone. The weather was warmer than usual. My legs got really sore around the hour mark but I pushed through.

This should have been a lot of fun but it wasn't Kupopo. Buddy of mine had a cpl mechanicals that cost us about 2.5hrs of time. The dropout broke and the rear derailleur came off the frame. Bike shop a mile away was able to fix it after considerable effort. The ride I picked was supposed to have 1750 ft of climb according to Mapmyride but actually wound up having 3600 ft. That really sucks when you have aerobars and you're riding with somebody that can sprint up hills and drops you constantly. It ceased to be fun less than half way through the ride. I didn't even see my riding partner during the last 10 miles.
