I decided to kick my my ass today because I slacked off yesterday.
10 K race pace 51.07 PB!!! By about 2 min.
(HR-Max 182, Ave 171)
Then continued into an additional 2.73 miles to equal an hour and 15 min total. Longest distance ever!
I'm already sore.
