Woah check out the pace. It rained - a lot and it's cold and windy - that to me is perfect running weather. You automatically go faster coz you don't wanna get rained on and you need to keep warm. Loved it. Did some intervals of 30sec sprints with 1 min walk so this pace is even awesomer!

20mins Andrew workout this morning at 5am. Yawn.
5 x upper rolls each side
5 x half get ups each side
crawl
plank - 30secs
deadlift 16kg x 5
3 x pushups.

If I could figure out how to log this as a strength workout I would but hey - this is it.
Warm up - 3 sets of
5 upper body rolls to each side
10 kettle bell swings - 12kg
Crawl forward and back 10m
Main set
Dead lift - 3 reps of 50kg
10 kettle bell swings 12kg
1 perfect push up
Repeat 3 times but dead lift weight increased 55kg x 2, 60kg x 1
Repeat
Then squat x 3 with 16kg kettle bell, plus 10 kettle bell swings of 12kg
Done.
