5:30, wakey shakey hands off snakey. Eating a Clif Bar and getting ready to drive to the city.
Uhhh, oops ..... didn't quite go as planned ....... seems I went and ran another BQ time ...... 3:14:50-ish ...... ;)

Recovery
Easy loop around the neighborhood. Short and simple.
Heading over to the Expo. at lunch to get my race packet and tee for Baltimore. Getting excited to race (or could that just be the Reeses cups I ate and 5 packets of sugar I put in my tea).
Oh, and today in the mail I got a plaque for "Age Group Winner" for the aqua velo. That's cool because I didn't think there were any awards for it!

Out and back to the docks at lunch with Cheng. He's going to run with a relay this weekend in Baltimore so was asking a lot of questions about logistics and pacing.

All I had time for today since I got to the pool late (again).

The swim actually felt pretty good to do and the legs were decent. They were much more loose at the end then when I got up today. Active recovery and all that. ;)
