2 of the 2k loops at x-country practice with Brendan. He ran a negative split with the 2nd loop because he was chatting non stop about Super Paper Mario which I let him start a week or so ago.

Left side of my neck is bothering me almost like a pulled muscle.  Has been for a few days but not sure what caused it.  Also, little bit if a cold with swollen glands and such.

General Aerobic

Out and back to Crest Rd. sign on 216. Cool, slightly windy, sunny out. Felt good to run. Not too tired, just the right distance. A little bit sluggish towards the end. But amazingly felt pretty good during the run! Obviously not fully recovered, but a lot further than I would have expected.

House work and cleaning day.  Lots to do to get it back up to speed - the place is a mess.

October 17

Rest day from excercise again.  Feeling almost recovered.  Will try a decent run this weekend to get a feel for exactly where I am.

Up at 5 to make Mir her birthday breakfast.  Turned out nice.  Got the kitchen straightened up, boys dressed, fed and out the door on time and took them to school.  She's probably going out with her Aunt for lunch and then we might go to dinner.  Need to go pick up her a cake from the French bakery near the office.

Brendan's throat is bothering him so we did the mile time trial and went home.

Site visit to PA as usual (only one or two to go on this phase).  Picked up kids from school.  X-Country practice tonight unless it starts pouring.

Mir's birthday tomorrow.  Up early to make her breakfast and take the kids to school.
