Green loop and red loop at Scuppernong. Was cool, wet and muddy. In other words, perfect training conditions. Conditions didn't bother me while running, but soaked to the bone when finished. More gratitude for enjoying this 'miserable in a fun way' run.

Because of family commitments, no long run tomorrow, so left work a few hours early and headed over to Emma Carlin. Ice age from emma to bald bluff. Then did brown loop plus on emma trails. I like the mountain bike trails. Started beautiful with temps in mid 70s, but at some point temp dropped about 25 or 30 degrees. Slow, but it is where I am today.
