Day 845 yoga for loneliness (Adriene) not my mood today, but this was perfect yin style for today.

Some thoughts from this weekend. Really enjoyed myself on Saturday. Kept stomach in check, but was on the edge. Hopefully addition of Ginger ale on race day will make it a complete non issue. Got tired toward the end and I think good taper will help. Focus for this taper (in another week) will be rest and recovery, not cramping in miles. Best quote from someone I was running with: are you a coach?

Organized course run. Slower than I would like, but I made a concerted effort to keep myself in check. Stomach behaved for most part and no real hip or knee issues. Ran with some old friends for part and made and ran with some new friends. Overall, I am pleased with this. Let's see if we can turn it into success on race day.
