exploration in the rain
Except for soaking wet feet, enjoyable run in the rain and mist. Wanted to go between 10 and 12 today so with no particular plan headed on route I don't take that often (propably because it is pretty hilly) and headed over to rolling wooded subdivisions west of Highway 83. At end of cul de sac,discovered a path in woods that I decided to see where it went. To my shock it came out into Lapham peak!! I had no idea. So now I have another 'back way' into the park.

Sure I'd like to run today, but will probably try and jump on the bike this afternoon. Will try to solidify my off season goals and will give slight thought to next season this weekend.

UPDATE After months of slower paces I am really enjoying pushing the pace a bit. Bit nippy out there tonight but was dressed proper for it.

Another one of those days where I will probably not run so I have to think of something else to do...or I will run.
Working until 9pm kinda made my decision easy. I guess it will be a 'rest' day.
