22 degrees!!! Great run with Keith Murray who was in town for the weekend. (He's kicked my a$$ 2 years in a row at the Dorchester sprint). We just held a comfortable, conversation pace the entire run. My legs felt great! I had my running tights, under armour shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, windbreaker, gloves and a skull cap on. Keith had shorts and a long sleeve t-shirt! I guess I need to HTFU!!
1 lap around the TT loop.

Trainer ride watching the 2008 Cour d'laine, however you spell it, Ironman. Glad to see Tom Evans pull it out this year. :)
Just trying to get some TITS before the race in 6 DAYS!!!!
I'm sending my bike to NC on Monday with Mike.
Between the kids homework and activities, crazy work schedule and getting to bed way too late I just cannot get my lazy ass out of bed to get the training in! Ugh!!! Karen and I are on opposite schedules and never get to spend any time together. Anyways, whine session over! ;)
A week from right now I should be on my bike on a nice tour of North Carolina. Holy crap it's only 1 week!! The goals for the "race" have definitely changed. I think I can realistically do a sub 11:00:00 but going sub 10 with the training I have been doing in the last month is out of the question. I think the new goal will be to survive with a smile. I don't think that will be a problem. :)
