Saturday was rest day. Been sick with fever since Sunday. Urgent care doc said today it's a throat infection. I'm not one to question docs, but every joing/muscle in my body is aching, headaches, and I've been a little loopy. But whatever, he gave me a z-pack so hopefully it will clear whatever it is.

Fantastic run! I haven't felt this good during a run in a long time. My legs were solid. My cardio was good considering my current fitness level, and when I finished, my legs felt like I hadn't even started running yet. There was a slight sensation where my shin splint was in my left leg, but it was very slight. My right quad was also cramping a little after the cool down, but it was fine after stretching. Overall, I'm thrilled with todays workout.
Had fever of 102 from Sun-Wed. About 9pm wed night, I dozed off on the couch for a few mins. I woke up in a massive pool of sweat but feeling MUCH better. Sore throat was a little better as well. Went to base medical on Thur, and they told me to stay on the z-pack. Some promising news, they also told me that I may have hypothyroidism. They will re-test me next Thur. If so, and that's why I am constantly tired and it is a pretty big feat for me to lose any weight, even with working out and dieting, then I am so excited to get on some meds. If it doesn't have anything to do with it, at least I'll know.
