I rode 40 min outside at a easy pace doing some pick ups the last 10 min.
I got back homw hop on the trainer and did 25 min at E3 (tempo) adding sprints all out every 6 min for 10 sec.

After the bike workout I did some stretching and I am feeling almost 100% recovered from Timberman & CCT. :)
I practice a different recovery routine after finishing my workout today. 15 min after finishing I drank 2 scoops of endurox r4 and for the next 20 min I ate a wheat bagel with 1 spoon of nutella for a total of: carbs 110 grs, protein 25 grs and fat 12 gr. i also took my multivitamin, antioxidants and endurox excel. It is supposed to improve your recovery process so we'll see tomorrow ;)

EASY EASY jog/run E1 Low E2 all the time. I can feel my legs still tired from CCT.
