Speed (lack of) workout: 20 min @ 8min/mile pace.
Fact #1 proven: Fatigue will effect HR. Found I now have a new max HR (187). This work sked is killing me and this is just Day 3.

Just out to get in what I could today. Wanted to go longer, but a bit of road construction cut my ride short. Worked on 90+ cadence and keeping my HR down. Nice easy ride for a staurday morning. Now I will go blow it on a little tailgating and a football game. Damn cajun friends are killing me!!! Good thing this is the "off season".
