No training today. Nine-year wedding anniversary. :)
While on my ride yesterday I was thinking about making BQ my goal this year instead of 2009. My 1/2M time (1:36) predicts a 3:23 marathon, just 8 minutes (17sec/mi) off from a BQ. My marathon (NYC) isn't until November. So, I've got some time to improve. I mention this to my lovely wife, who I'm sure will BQ this year at Chicago (missed by 86 seconds last fall); stating that by both going in 2009, we would only have to pay for the trip once. She replys with, "No, no, no. My Chicago time will be good for both 2009 and 2010." Gotta love her. So, since it looks like we'll be going to Boston in 2009 AND 2010, no need to punish myself this year. :)

Clearly need to continue endurance work as my pace/form faded big time...
Can't get my weight to go down. I've resolved to give up any HFCS drink for the summer. It's water and milk only through race season. I've also noticed that sleep habits play a big role. The later I go to bed, the later/more I eat...Need to make some changes...
