 Woke up on time today. Decided to hurry to get to the gym and get in an extra long workout. Then looked at my watch and my alarm clock was an hour late. Now I had to hustle just to get to work on time.

Woke up late, then went to the dentist early. Then took the rest of the day off. Sheila had the day off, so we just hung out until it was time to get the kids. Nice relaxing day.

Oh man! I forgot how much fun I had when I ran just to run. I daydreamed the whole time. I looked in store windows of shops that I run by all of the time but have no idea what is inside them. I got home, got all the way to the front door, then realized " what is the rush?" So, I turned around and went for a walk.

What a great day.
