Eagleman Bike: was taking on plenty of fluids and kept the bike easy (avg watts was around 70%) but could not keep my core temp down. Last 10 miles I was very nauseous and did a bit of dry heaving. Got off the bike and went to the med tent. This race has sent me to the hospital before and it was heading that way again so I stopped before it could get that far. Very unfortunate and frustrating as I do not know what went wrong.
