Day off filled with stretching. I have to work today also, which is a bummer...

Started having visions of qualifying for the Boston last night. Here's the reality... 3:15 for my age group. IF (and that's a big IF) I kept the same pace for the full as I did for the half, I would still be 3 mintues short of BQ! Shite! Either way, I'm putting it on my long term goal to BQ in 2010. So this is how it begins...
