Short slow run at the track. Today was my first work out after the race on Saturday.
It felt good to run again. Also today is the first day on my training schedule for the Sunmart 50k run in December.

I'm still sore and very tired this morning. That race on Saturday took it out of me for sure!! I got 8-9 hours sleep both Sunday and Monday nights, but am still give out. I hope to do a short workout before the end of the week, I'm planning on running a local marathon on Oct 23rd - less than a month away.
After what I did Saturday, getting up and just running 26 miles doesn't seem like it is going to be that big of a task.

Easy run around Robinson - took it easy since this was my first back-to-back semi-long run.
Felt good - I'll be a little sore. The weather was perfect again - 72 degress and overcast.
