4:30am - Of course I got up too early once again. I guess I'm just excited about the race today and didn't want to oversleep. I did get a chance to do some work that I didn't get finished yesterday, thank goodness for gotomypc and stuff like that - so that I can do things from home. Just checked the weather site and they have taken the rain chances out for today!!. That is great for my race as well as the kid's carnival at school. They still have a chance for tomorrow - I plan on about a 50 mile bike ride.

12:00pm - 45 minute weight workout at the YMCA during lunch.
March 1
5:00am - Slow 5 mile run on the treadmill before work. Also did a few abs. Today is the last day of the marathon meetings at work - so I can get back to my normal training schedule. I do a couple of races coming up which I'm tapering for anyway - so I guess the timing is about right.

February 27
Training day off - board meeting day at work.
February 26
7:30 am - 3 1/2 hour trail run in Cameron park. I ran with Kelly and Stewart which was a challenge for me to hang with them. I'm guessing we ran about 20 miles. This is the last long trail run before the Waco Five-0 (50k) in 2 weeks.
12:30 pm - 30 mile bike ride with Tammy and Karen. We left Karen's house and I took it easy just to spin out my legs after the morning run. They feel pretty good tonight - probably better than they would have without the bike ride.
