5:30am - 1 hour on the trainer before work.
12:00pm - 45 minute weight workout at the YMCA during lunch.
Monthly Measurements, unflexed
7:30 am - 3 1/2 hour trail run in Cameron park. I ran with Kelly and Stewart which was a challenge for me to hang with them. I'm guessing we ran about 20 miles. This is the last long trail run before the Waco Five-0 (50k) in 2 weeks.
12:30 pm - 30 mile bike ride with Tammy and Karen. We left Karen's house and I took it easy just to spin out my legs after the morning run. They feel pretty good tonight - probably better than they would have without the bike ride.
