Well, in name only I guess. Had an important client call all day today (yes, on Sunday). Went well. Got back to the hotel around 7:35pm, headed directly to the gym (yes, even though its a Rest Day), only to find out they close today at 8:00pm. So, I'm watching the Super Bowl and waiting for room service....

Travel Day. Woke at 4:00am, showered, and cab arrived at 4:30am. Was on the 6:00am flight to JFK. Arrived at 2:35pm, got to the hotel at about 3:20pm, and was in the gym by 3:45pm. Got in a quick 10K, and will have to head out to an important meeting in about 1/2 hour.

Felt fatigued (esp. sore legs this am), so skipped morning workout. But, forced myself to the pool for some unintentionally S-L-O-W laps. Oh well, better than no laps I guess.

Getting up this am was quite the struggle. I always sleep crappy my second night when flying from PST to EST, and last night was no different--despite being very tired from working with clients all day Sunday. Anyway, had to get in a morning run, as there won't be time to workout tonight. At least I'm flying back home tommorrow!
