Swim with TTT tri club. Stroke was feeling good during the "fast" sets.

Zone 1-2 run. Very humid this morning. I was thinking so much about swimming last night, I tripped and almost fell. Caught myself before a face plant.

Supposed to be an easy ride, but going at 3 o'clock in the Texas afternoon plus a hill I forgot about on the route (4.9% grade) made it not easy. Good ride.
