bike at the gym
did some arms and legs work out. nothing real hard
Went to the gym this Easter AM. not many there so it was nice. Still getting over the cold it really isn't to bad but still cough a little and at time nose and throat are dry. I amhoping to get out on my bike later today. I am so excited to start riding!
I got in my first ride of the season YAHOO a wopping 30 minute ride. Just wanted to test out the bike and make sure all is good to go. Only thing that I feel is off is my computer so need to check it out and might have to get it looked at. The speed it read today I feel was off. Otherwise the ride around the area was nice. I felt lite on the bike like maybe I just might get even stronger legs with biking and running LOL :)

Running drill with CWW
This was fun. We started in the field house at DU warming up doing stretched, then we ran over to south high school and we did drills. First part you skip maybe 50 yrds, Then you do a reg run with good form to the next cone, then but kicks for 50 yds, then reg run. that is one lap doing that drill.
Next lap you start out with what we call high knee ups 50 yrs, then do reg run 50 yrds. then you do a real fast like run small steps 50 yrds then reg form run for 50 yrs. Might sound sort a complicated but if you seen what you do you would understand. After that then a cool down run back over to the field house. By the time we finished I was pretty warmed up and felt fine not to tired at all, Proably could of done a 2-3 mile run after that. But still getting over my cold sot hought best just head towards home.
